Your sup­port has brought sta­bi­li­ty to the team in many pro­ce­s­ses and has often ope­ned up new ways of thin­king whe­re we would other­wi­se have been stuck. Her gre­at way of loo­king at things in a com­ple­te­ly new way has always left us refres­hed to face new chal­lenges. Thanks for this! In the hier­ar­chi­cal deba­te in our insti­tu­ti­on, you often enab­led us to chan­ge per­spec­ti­ves and thus work cons­truc­tively on the issue. As a team, you have always streng­the­ned us and given us gre­at app­re­cia­ti­on. We would have lik­ed the super­vi­si­on to have con­tin­ued on the part of the house. 

Mr. Schu­bert mana­ges to crea­te a rela­xed, open and cle­ar­ly struc­tu­red dis­cus­sion atmo­sphe­re. With his sen­si­ti­ve fee­ling for the right que­sti­ons, he brought to the sur­face topics, emo­ti­ons, atti­tu­des and dyna­mics that were not con­scious befo­re. As a result, the team gai­ned strength in com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on and felt empowered to act. The fle­xi­bi­li­ty in the cour­se of the super­vi­si­on was also very hel­pful, so that spon­ta­neous­ly ari­sing topics could be brought for­ward. Over­all, Mr. Schu­bert was a gre­at help to us in deal­ing with the con­se­quen­ces and mea­su­res of the coro­na pandemic. 

I have gra­du­al­ly lear­ned to listen more to mys­elf and my needs. Even though I am still working on com­mu­ni­ca­ting this cle­ar­ly to my coun­ter­part, I have the fee­ling that my chan­ged inner atti­tu­de also chan­ges my effect on my coun­ter­part. I was always sur­pri­sed by the results of the ses­si­ons and the posi­ti­ve and moti­vat­ing fee­ling I could take with me. What has also chan­ged is that this year I have made a decis­i­on that is only about me for the time being. The out­co­me is still a bit uncer­tain, but I am con­fi­dent to go this way. I felt picked up and I did­n’t miss anything in the coa­ching pro­cess. I found the space very wel­co­ming and plea­sant, which made it easier for me to open up and get into work well. Her way of respon­ding to me was also hel­pful. I have often felt sil­ly mys­elf with my requests, they have always been able to take away that uncom­for­ta­ble fee­ling. Thank you for your support. 

I felt very well taken care of in the the­ra­peu­tic sup­port of David Schu­bert. I found the design of the vir­tu­al room hel­pful, whe­re I expe­ri­en­ced David as very pre­sent and empa­the­tic. At the same time, he offe­red me struc­tu­re, took the pace out of it, and work­ed out emotional/mental kinks. For me, it was important to be less in my head and to pro­cess expe­ri­en­ces phy­si­cal­ly as well. For this, the body-based and mindful­ness-ori­en­ted approach was very fit­ting for me. From my point of view, David Schu­bert had a good sen­se for the pace of editing con­tent and coor­di­na­ted this with me at eye level at all times. This frame­work has hel­ped me a lot in sha­ping my clo­se interpersonal/family rela­ti­on­ships, and along with it, my rela­ti­on­ship with mys­elf — in the direc­tion I want it to go. Thank you. 

An all-around good super­vi­si­on: among seve­ral super­vi­sors I have not had a simi­lar­ly posi­ti­ve and lasting expe­ri­ence. In the con­text of super­vi­si­on, I was able to jump over my shadow and deve­lop mys­elf fur­ther: My inner atti­tu­de and my asso­cia­ted role in the team and towards the team beca­me clearer.

I found Mr. Schu­bert to be very approacha­ble and atten­ti­ve. The approach is very fle­xi­ble and depends on the needs of the cli­ent. I wal­ked away from each ses­si­on with A‑ha expe­ri­en­ces that moti­va­ted me to con­ti­n­ue working in my dai­ly life. 

In a pro­cess lasting almost two years of accom­pany­ing a manage­ment team in an insti­tu­ti­on of inte­gra­ti­on assi­stance for adults with disa­bi­li­ties, David Schu­bert mana­ged to repea­ted­ly direct the focus of all par­ti­ci­pan­ts on the exi­sting resour­ces and strengths. With his app­re­cia­ti­ve, calm and always focu­sed on the indi­vi­du­al par­ti­ci­pan­ts as well as on the who­le group way of faci­li­ta­ting the pro­cess, he also brought the team clo­ser tog­e­ther and con­tri­bu­ted signi­fi­cant­ly to a signi­fi­cant impro­ve­ment in the com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on cul­tu­re. David Schu­bert masters the high school of lar­ge group faci­li­ta­ti­on with reflec­ti­ve­ness, fle­xi­bi­li­ty and stead­fast­ness. His calm lea­der­ship hel­ped us to work in a for­ward-loo­king way in a dif­fi­cult situa­ti­on; we left the work­shop stron­ger. We are very gra­teful to him. 

For over a year, we restruc­tu­red the enti­re HR depart­ment with the goal of “rebuil­ding” and intro­du­cing more stan­dar­dizati­on. In my clo­se coope­ra­ti­on with Mr. Schu­bert, I was par­ti­cu­lar­ly struck by his high level of com­pre­hen­si­on and per­cep­ti­on. He’s a gre­at liste­ner, very fle­xi­ble, and does­n’t seem to be “over­whel­med” by anything.
