Development of people, teams and organizations

I have been consulting since 2005 in various fields ranging from organizational development, team development and supervision to coaching and psychotherapy. The fact that we can incorporate this range of consulting in each setting in a professionally sound manner is what makes my work special and leads to development that can have a lasting effect.

I like to work at the heart of the matter and at eye level with clients, with appreciation and a willingness to provide clear feedback. For me, good consulting lies at the boundary of knowledge in the sense of professionalism and the willingness to be guided by the process.

Let’s talk on the phone about what all this could mean for you. The first round is on me.

Team workshops

Lively workshops: close to the team and close to the daily business. We find out what creates meaning, clarify points of friction and develop structures. So that teams can fly more freely.
